For silver, constant wear will help to shine it up. But avoid using creams and perfumes while wearing them. It’ll work much better to apply everything and then put on the bling for the finishing touch.
With pearls, wipe with a lint free cloth, and if you want, warm water. Gentle natural soaps can also be mixed into the water if you think it needs the cleanse. And if silk is a part of the piece, always let it dry flat. Hanging it will cause the string to stretch.
For general polishing of pieces that include earth, pearls, silk and silver, I recommend using a gentle liquid polish made specifically for this purpose.
